Centre for Taste and Feeding Behavior

Starting in 2010, the Centre for Taste and Feeding Behavior is one the main international research Centre in this field. The main goal of CSGA is to get a better understanding of physico-chemical, molecular, cellular, behavioral and psychological mechanisms underlying sensory perception of food using trans and inter-disciplinary approaches. We also wish to offer high-level training for students who represent the next researchers generation, and accurate information for society on the last discoveries and their implications for the public.
